3. Grocery Orders & Online Purchases

• Pricing: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur.
• Product Availability: All grocery items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products. If an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value, or remove it from your order and issue a refund.
• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery Areas: We deliver within a specified service area. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
• Unattended Delivery: For perishable goods, if you are not available at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the order in a secure, cool place at their discretion. AG FOOD is not responsible for any loss or spoilage of goods after unattended delivery.
• Pickup Orders: You must collect your order on the agreed date and time. Orders not collected within 24 hours may be cancelled and refunded, subject to a restocking fee.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

6. Employment & Visa Sponsorship Program

• Eligibility: AG FOOD is a designated employer under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee employment or visa sponsorship.
• No Fees: AG FOOD does not charge any fees to job applicants for recruitment, job offers, or LMIA applications. Beware of any third parties claiming to represent AG FOOD and requesting payment.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information provided in your employment application is true and accurate. Misrepresentation may lead to the termination of your application and/or employment.

7. Limitation of Liability

AG FOOD, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website, our products, or our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
